Experience

I have taught Critical thinking and writing at a community college level for a semester. I will be teaching Introduction to Philosophy this spring (2015). I enjoy working with students on improving their writing, critical thinking and communication skills. I want to be a tutor because I like to teach and I get great satisfaction from helping someone learn how to express themselves more clearly. I have taken many humanities and philosophy courses which have given me a lot of writing and critical thinking practice. I wrote a 60-page thesis for my M.A. program. I currently work part-time at a production company as a researcher for a television show that airs on PBS and LinkTV called Global Spirit.
